Strengthening Jewish Communities Through Education
At Educating for Impact (EFI), we believe that Jewish schools are at the heart of thriving communities. We have worked closely with schools to drive meaningful change—enhancing pedagogy, engaging families, enriching Jewish life, and developing future leaders.
A key innovation in our approach has been the introduction of Change Managers, who lead transformation within schools while staying deeply connected to the local community. By fostering collaboration, continuous feedback, and strategic planning, we have helped establish new schools, doubled teacher development, and increased enrolment by up to 46%.
As we move forward, we remain committed to strengthening Jewish education and deepening the connection between schools and their communities.
